It is not a horoscope, and it will not tell you you’re destined for greatness. It’s an honest, rigorous reading of your actual chart — leading with the computation, showing the whole net before the catch, naming a coincidence as a coincidence, and holding everything as a mirror rather than a fortune. Built to explore, not to finish in a sitting: a library to roam, not a novel. If you want to be told your future, look elsewhere. Astrology, honestly done, finds a great deal of ordinary alongside the striking — coincidences, near-misses, things true of a whole generation rather than of you. When a section has nothing to say about you, it says so. That is not the book failing you; it is the book keeping its promise — and it is what makes the striking things, when they come, worth believing.
Sources & Method
We name our authorities and tell you exactly how your chart was computed — which ephemeris, which house system, which zodiac, and where the honest uncertainties lie. The rigour sits in the back of every volume, where you can check it.
Questions
Is every reading really made just for me?
Yes. There is no stock and no generic edition — each reading is authored fresh from your exact birth chart, and its cover is generated from that same chart, so no two are alike. It’s a one-of-one, made-to-order book.
What do you need from me?
Your birth date, your exact time of birth, and your place of birth. That’s it for any single volume. A few add-ons need one extra detail — a year, a place, a question’s moment, or (for a relationship reading) a second person’s birth data with their consent. Each product page says exactly what it needs.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
You still have a reading. After you order you can either have us cast your chart at noon and begin straight away, or hold your reading while you look for the time — we’ll wait up to two weeks, with a one-time two-week extension, and remind you along the way. Everything your birth date fixes reads in full at noon; the layers that turn on the exact hour are marked provisional, or set aside where noon would only mislead — we’d rather name a layer uncertain than pretend it isn’t — and you can have those re-cast later, for a fee, if you find your time. The one exception is The Purple Star (Zǐwēi Dǒushù), which is built entirely on the birth hour: without a time it can’t be cast, so we refund it rather than deliver it — the rest of a bundle is cast at noon as usual.
How is it delivered, and how long does it take?
Each reading is delivered as a digital book, authored from your chart after you order — quick, but not instant, since it’s written to order. A hardcover edition is coming; digital owners can opt in to add it later for only the difference.
Can I buy just one volume?
Yes — each cosmos is a complete portrait and stands on its own. Many readers begin with one; others collect the shelf over time, or take a cosmos bundle.
There’s a book I can’t add to my cart — The Concordance. Why?
Because it can’t be bought, only unlocked. The moment you own two or more interpretable skies (any two of Western · Vedic · Bāzì · Purple Star), The Concordance appears free — it reads your skies against each other and finds where they truly agree.
Is this fortune-telling? Will it predict my future?
No. Everything in the volumes is birth-fixed — a portrait of the sky you were born under, not a forecast. A mirror, not a fortune. The only forward-looking product is the optional Year Ahead add-on, bought for a chosen year, never a subscription.
Do the different traditions agree about me?
Mostly, no — and that’s the point. They’ll disagree about your Sun sign, your ruler, even whether a “Sun sign” exists. Where they do converge, independently, you can trust it — and The Concordance shows you the whole picture.
Is my birth data private?
Yes. It’s used only to compute and author your book, never printed on the cover, and never sold. For a relationship reading we require the second person’s consent before we’ll read their chart.
Can I cancel or return it?
Because each reading is custom-made to your birth chart, it can’t be resold or returned once authoring has begun. You confirm this at checkout.
